In the event you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded (less a $30.00 office charge) provided your request is received 14 days prior to your arrival date. If less than 14 days notice is given, there will be no refund. Unless the unit is re-rented to another guest for an equal number of nights. No refund on all cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival date.
